Naik Pangkat, Gaji Tetap

Terimakasih Tuhan, selama 4 tahu aku kerja di tempatku bekerja sekarang aku selalu dipromosikan setiap tahun. Tahun ini aku menjadi Section Chief.

Banggakah? base on position..of course. base on job...it must be more difficult.
base on salary..don't ask me...same..same..same

about this..i am continuously thinking and asking about it. from level staff till section chief not much changing for salary, company complient etc except their expectation to my work..to how i handle my job.

complain? off course..but it useless..
with all these job, with all responsibility, tight schedule and presure against me....i think it is not worth it..

it's time for me to find another job field or create my own business.

i just want use my skill, my talent, my knowledge etc max with worth compliment which not i found in recent company...

i like this company, but everything must be better right? because we are living..everything change and necesary is increase.

if u increase your skill and experience but your Boss not gave u any compliment for that, what will u do? find another job right? with good compliment etc...

well, i will start from now to find it.
but i dont know, will it be new job or continue my scholl degree?
